Get to know our founder, Dr. Ronnie Phillips, Jr.

Pastor Ronnie Phillips, Jr. (D.Min) is the Lead Pastor of Abba’s House in Chattanooga, TN. He is a Spirit-filled Kingdom leader and mentor with a heart of compassion for people of every age, race, struggle and culture.  

He is the founder and CEO of Ronnie Phillips Ministries International which delivers help and hope to people around the world through media, missions, and the message of grace. Pastor Ronnie spent seven years in the corporate world before accepting his first ministry position in 2007. He holds three degrees and earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Covington Seminary in 2015. He has served as Lead Pastor of two churches, and in many other ministry related roles the last eighteen years.

Under Pastor Ronnie’s leadership, Abba’s House has eliminated five million dollars in debt, remodeled its 73-year-old campus, done mission work globally, and engaged in partnerships to help hurting people from all walks of life in the city of Chattanooga and around the world. Pastor Ronnie has preached the gospel all over the world through media, and in person in Israel, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Jamaica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and in regions across the United States. Thousands of people from all walks of life have been set free through his biblical and inspirational messages on his television and internet show “Fully Alive with Pastor Ronnie Phillips”.  In 2023, Pastor Ronnie founded New Wine Network Global, which is a government approved organization that ordains Pastors, Bishops, and Ministers. He believes the next generation of ministers will need divine relationships more than denominational religion. 

He is the author of the 2019 book, The Hero Within, co-author of The Power of Agreement (2012) and will his latest book, Last Call. Pastor Ronnie has received many honors over the years including representing the state of Tennessee at the White House, but will always consider himself a product of God’s amazing grace.
